I am an award-winning enamelist who works primarily in Fine and Sterling Silver, creating vibrant, intricate pieces that celebrate the beauty of craftsmanship and artistic expression. After earning my BFA from Syracuse University, I’ve honed my skills and artistic vision, developing a unique style that combines traditional enameling techniques with contemporary design.

 

I actually started this enameling journey by default. The adult ed class I signed up for was canceled for lack of enrollment so I signed up for the enameling class as it fit into my schedule for when my children, then young where in school. My teacher was so excited about the beautiful colors of the glass powders that I got excited about them too. I now have two kilns one for jewelry and another for enamel wall hangings.

 

Currently based in Arizona, my surroundings deeply influence my work, from the desert landscapes to the vibrant colors of the Southwest. When I’m not in my studio, I cherish time spent with my four grown children, two grandchildren and of course my husband, who inspire me to find joy and beauty in everyday moments.

 

My **happy place** is undoubtedly my studio, where I feel most alive—experimenting with new techniques, colors, and textures. Each piece I create reflects my love for art and my dedication to transforming raw materials into works of art.
